About Capes and Cowls
Capes and Cowls was once a gaming site focussed almost exclusively on the MMORPG called City of Heroes and catered for one of the largest supergroups on the European servers for that game. However times change and people move on.
The new Capes and Cowls is still a gaming site, but has much broader interests.
For the old timers, and maybe some of the new arrivals, we have resurrected the Capes and Cowls Forum.
If you are an old FoxBase member feel free to drop in and say Hello. It has been a long time.
