Not my field of expertise, but I would google for programes that scan for virus', spyware etc and download free trials. U only need to use it once after all.

2 problems, this trojan has tried to change  my internet homepage and it has struck my google toolbar so whenever i look for a way to remove it the links that are produced could either lead me to download more trojans and rogue anti-viruses or the real downloads only scan it, not remove it -.- they should do it for free tight morons >_<

same! -also helps if you run them when the pc is in safe mode (http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleID=1643) (vid (http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-boot-your-pc-into-safe-mode)), when the files needing to be deleted/fixed are not running....
