I've finally gotten around to contacting playNC about my veteran rewards, and they accept that they made a bit of an error in resetting my timer to 0 when I transferred, so it should be updated soon.
Yes yes, it took me a year to SEND the petition, but hey, noone ever accused me of being fast Smiley
