Defender Dark Mastery POWER NAME Oppressive Gloom DESCRIPTION: The Netherworld has many mutable properties, such as the Oppressive Gloom. This power allows you to use your own life force (Hit Points) to fuel an attack that can keep enemies near you Disoriented and unable to use any powers. Endurance cost for this is minimal, but the power can be dangerous to use. Toggle: PBAoE, Foe Disorient, Self -HP
POWER NAME Dark Consumption DESCRIPTION: The dark power of the Netherworld allows you to tap the soul-essence of foes immediately around you and transfer it to yourself. This will drain the Hit Points of the enemies, and add to your Endurance. PBAoE Moderate DMG(Negative), Self +End
POWER NAME Dark Embrace DESCRIPTION: You tap into the energy of the Netherworld to protect yourself from damage. This Dark Embrace shrouds you and grants resistance to Lethal, Smashing, Toxic, and Negative Energy damage. You must have Oppressive Gloom or Dark Consumption before selecting this power. Toggle: Self +Rees (Smash, Lethal, Negative, Toxic)
POWER NAME Soul Drain DESCRIPTION: Using this power, you can drain the essence of all nearby foes' souls, thus increasing your own strength. Each affected foe will lose some Hit Points and add to your Damage and Accuracy. You must have two other Dark Mastery Powers before selecting this power. Power Mastery POWER NAME Conserve Power DESCRIPTION: The Hero can focus for a moment to conserve his Endurance. After activating this power, the Hero uses less Endurance for all his other powers for a while. Conserving such Energy is very difficult, and this power takes a very long time to recharge. Self +Special
POWER NAME Power Buildup DESCRIPTION: Your mastery of power and energy allows you to greatly increase the damage you deal for a few seconds, as well as slightly increasing your Accuracy Additionally, Power Build Up greatly boosts the secondary effects of your powers. Your powers effects like Heals, Defense Buffs, Endurance Drains, Disorients, Holds, Immobilizes, and Knock Back are all improved. Self +DMG, +ACC, +Special
POWER NAME Temp Invulnerability DESCRIPTION: When you toggle on this power, you become highly resistant to Smashing and Lethal damage. You must have Conserve Power or Power Build Up before selecting this power. Toggle: Self +Res (Smash, Lethal)
POWER NAME Total Focus DESCRIPTION: Total Focus is complete mastery over Energy Melee. This is a very slow, but incredibly devastating attack that can knock out most opponents, leaving them Disoriented. Due to the exhausting nature of Total Focus, recharge time is very long. You must have two other Power Mastery Powers before selecting this power. Melee, Extreme DMG (Energy/Smash), Foe Disorient
Psychic Mastery POWER NAME Dominate DESCRIPTION: Painfully tear at the mind of a single target foe. Dominate deals Psionic damage and renders a foe helpless, lost in his own mind and unable to defend himself. Ranged, Moderate DMG(Psionic), Foe Hold
POWER NAME Mass Hypnosis DESCRIPTION: Hypnotizes a group of foes at a distance and puts them to Sleep. The targets will remain asleep for some time, but will awaken if attacked. This power deals no damage, but if done discretely, the targets won’t even be aware of your presence. Ranged (Targeted AoE), Foe Sleep
POWER NAME Mind over Body DESCRIPTION: When you toggle on this power, you empower your Mind over Body to become highly resistant to Smashing, Lethal and Psionic damage. You must have Mental Blast or Indomitable Will before selecting this power. Toggle: Self +Res(Smash, Lethal, Psionics)
POWER NAME Telekinesis DESCRIPTION: Lifts a foe, and any nearby foes, off the ground and repels them. The targets are helpless, unable to take action, and will continue to hover away, picking up any passing targets, as long as you keep this power active. Keeping up this level of concentration costs a lot of Endurance. You must have two other Psychic Mastery Powers before selecting this power. Toggle Ranged (Targeted AoE), Foe Hold, Repel
Electric Mastery POWER NAME Electric Fence DESCRIPTION: Surrounds and immobilizes a single target an Electric Fence. Deals some damage over time and slowly drains some Endurance. Ranged, Moderate DoT(Energy), Foe Immobilize, -End
POWER NAME Thunder Strike DESCRIPTION: A massive attack. You smash your foes with all the power of a lightning bolt. The pummeled victim may be Disoriented, and all nearby foes may be knocked down and take additional damage. Melee (AoE), High DMG(Smash), Foe Disorient, Knock back
POWER NAME Charged Armor DESCRIPTION: When you toggle on this power, you are surrounded in a charged field that makes you highly resistant to Smashing, Lethal and Energy damage. Toggle: Self +Res(Smash, Lethal, Energy)
POWER NAME Power Sink DESCRIPTION: Power Sink leeches energy directly from the bodies of all nearby foes, draining their Endurance. Each foe you draw energy from increases your Endurance. If there are no foes within range, you will not gain any Endurance. You must have two other Electricity Mastery Powers before selecting this power. PBAoE, Self +End, Foe -End
