Pyre Mastery POWER NAME Ring of Fire DESCRIPTION: Immobilize your target in a Ring of Fire, deals minor damage over time. Ranged, Minor DoT Minor(Fire), Foe Hold
POWER NAME Char DESCRIPTION: Incapacitates a targeted foe at a distance by charring him with smoldering soot and cinders. Ranged, Minor DoT(Fire), Foe Hold
POWER NAME Fire blast DESCRIPTION: Sends a Blast of Fire at a targeted foe and sets the target on fire for a short period of time. You must have Ring of Fire or Char before selecting this power. Ranged, Moderate DMG(Fire)
POWER NAME Fireball DESCRIPTION: Hurls an exploding Fireball that consumes a targeted foe, and all nearby enemies. Anyone in that explosion is burned and set ablaze. You must have two other Pyre Mastery Powers before selecting this power. Ranged (Targeted AoE), Moderate DMG(Fire/Smash)
Arctic Mastery POWER NAME Chilblain DESCRIPTION: Immobilize your target in an icy trap. Deals some damage over time and slightly slows the targets attack speed. Useful for keeping villains at bay. Ranged, Moderate DoT(Cold), Foe Immobilize, -SPD, -Recharge
POWER NAME Block of Ice DESCRIPTION: The Hero can Freeze a single foe in a Block of Ice. The target is frozen solid, helpless, and can be attacked. More powerful foes may not be held, but all affected targets will be slowed and take some Cold damage. Ranged, Foe Hold, -SPD, -Recharge
POWER NAME Ice Blast DESCRIPTION: Ice Blast hurls shards of ice at foes and Slows their attacks and movement for a time. You must have Chilblain or Block of Ice before selecting this power. Ranged, Moderate DMG(Cold/Smash), Foe -Recharge, -SPD
POWER NAME Ice Storm DESCRIPTION: Shred your foes with this Ice Storm. This power deals a lot of damage in a large area and can slow all affected targets movement and attack speed. You must have two other Arctic Mastery Powers before selecting this power. Ranged (Location AoE), Minor DoT(Cold), Foe -Recharge, -SPD
Earth Mastery POWER NAME Stone Cages DESCRIPTION: Immobilizes a single target within an earthy formation. Deals moderate crushing damage over time as it immobilizes the target. Some more resilient foes may require multiple attacks to immobilize. Stone Prison can also reduce a targets defense. Ranged, Moderate DoT(Smash), Foe Immobilize, -DEF, -Fly
POWER NAME Salt Crystals DESCRIPTION: Attempts to encrust all foes within a large area around the caster in a Pillar of Salt. The victims will remain encased within the salt for quite a while, but will break free if attacked. PBAoE, Foe Sleep, -DEF
POWER NAME Fossilize DESCRIPTION: Encases a single target within solid stone. The stone slowly crushes the victim, dealing Smashing damage. The Fossilized victim is held helpless and unable to defend himself. You must have Stone Prison or Salt Crystals before selecting this power. Ranged, Moderate DMG(Smash), Foe Hold, -DEF
POWER NAME Stalagmites DESCRIPTION: You can cause Stalagmites to erupt all around an enemy, slicing all nearby foes. The Stalagmites deal lethal damage, and reduce the affected targets Defense. Some affected foes may be Disorient for a short while. You must be on the ground to activate this power. You must have two other Earth Mastery Powers before selecting this power. Ranged (Targeted AoE), Moderate DMG(Lethal), Foe -DEF, Minor Disorient
